Buying a house is one of the milestones in life whether it is your first house, your forever home or your retirement place, let’s make sure you get the dream home. A plumbing and heating survey will identify any hidden issues before you buy.

What to Expect
We will carry out an in depth survey to your new property, along with our 16 point plan, including thermal inspection, boiler checks, moisture test to name but a few. We will also inspect pipe work for quality and soundness.
Leak Locator will match the survey to your property requirements and deliver a totally bespoke inspection giving you peace of mind.
A plumbing survey will identify if there are any plumbing issues within the property from roof to footpath and money well spent. We will provide a detailed report of findings including photographs and recommendations:
Baths, Sinks, WC’s
All fixtures checked for proper functioning and potential leaks
Pipes
Check for signs of corrosion, leaks, blockages or damage
Water Pressure
Measure the water pressure to ensure it falls within the optimal range
